I have successfully achieved, presented, and answered for significant results from national and European research projects.

In the private sector, I have worked as a Product Owner to ensure that the technological implementation of software projects meets stakeholder expectations.

Throughout my career, I have learned to quickly acquire domain knowledge and understand processes to ensure that project results and products meet practical requirements. At the same time, my background in tech affords me the know how and experience to understand technical implementation details.

Throughout my career, I have successfully completed numerous diverse projects across various industries.

In research, I have led small national projects and gained valuable experience in project coordination. I took responsibility for significant work packages in large European projects, managing communication within these complex international undertakings.

In the private sector, I have worked with both small and large project teams, supporting and optimizing coordination and communication.

I have learned to quickly understand the specific requirements of a project and identify the necessary steps to achieve the desired results.

For complex projects, I take on the comprehensive technical design and coordination.

I work closely with you and other stakeholders to understand the requirements and translate them into functional and non-functional technical specifications and architectural designs.

I prioritize using the right tools to best meet your requirements. This means I evaluate implementation options systematically and make the results and decisions transparent, rather than automatically choosing the latest trend.

The resulting architecture ensures that the system is robust, scalable, and maintainable. I communicate openly and at eye level with all development teams to advocate for the architecture and support its implementation. Additionally, I work closely with project management to represent the status of the technical development.

My Experience and Qualifications

I have designed and implemented a wide range of software projects: from the smallest projects like the website you are currently reading to large projects with several years of development time and multiple development teams.

These projects include both time-limited feasibility studies (proof of concept) in research and development, as well as large commercial projects. At both ends of this spectrum (and many stages in between), I have taken responsibility for the technical design and its implementation.

I have extensive experience in software development and do not operate as a "hands-off" architect. I have the necessary practical background to support the development teams in implementation and understand their needs and concerns.

My practical background is primarily in web development.

I prefer to work as the interface between stakeholder needs and technological implementation.
